Pause 2 Mins is a consumer Android digital-wellbeing app. It can interrupt selected apps so you have a moment before continuing. It is not medical care, therapy, or addiction treatment. It is not a complete app blocker. Website articles are informational.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own use, subject to these terms and Google Play’s terms if you download it from there.
Your responsibilities
You choose which apps to watch. You decide whether to grant Android usage access and overlay permission. Without those permissions, the interruption cannot work as designed. You are responsible for how you use your phone and for complying with applicable law.
Availability
The app is provided as a local application on your device. Features may change. We do not promise uninterrupted operation on every Android device or after every system update.
Disclaimer
The app and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Digital-wellbeing tools cannot guarantee any particular change in habits.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app or website. Our total liability for claims relating to the app or website is limited to the amount you paid to us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you paid us nothing.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with other people’s devices, or use it to violate the law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where the law allows that.
